These classes will be held in the Boulder County Parks and Open Space building, 5201 St. Vrain Rd., in Longmont. Register for individual classes. Want a lovely, low-water garden? Join Master Gardener Juli Sarris to learn about xeriscaping in this introduction class. We’ll focus on the basic principles of xeriscaping, including how to evaluate and select a section of a yard for xeriscaping. You’ll learn how to seek out, identify, and describe xeric plants and contrast them with non-xeric plants, plus choosing the right xeric plants and sketch a xeric garden for your own yard.
