The CSU Extension Office in Boulder County is offering six classes this spring for people interested in gardening. These classes will be held in the Boulder County Parks and Open Space building, 5201 St. Vrain Rd., in Longmont. Register for individual classes. Add elegance to your meals with edible flowers! Flowers are colorful, tasty additions to salads, pasta, soups, and desserts. Instructor Carol O’Meara takes you through which flowers are edible, how to grow and use them, plus taste some flowery foods in this fun class.
